1. Where to send it

Please attach any documents that support your request. If you apply on behalf of someone else (for example your child), attach a power of attorney or proof of guardianship.
3. Our reply
We reply in writing or electronically within 30 days of receiving a complete application, free of charge (a fee under the Personal Data Protection Board's tariff may apply only if the reply involves an extra cost). We may ask for information to confirm your identity before we disclose anything. If your request is refused, the reply is insufficient, or we do not reply in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within the periods in KVKK Article 14.
