This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) used on www.university.com.tr, operated by Turquoise Education Group under the Turquoise Education brand. It follows the Personal Data Protection Authority's Guidelines on Cookie Practices and complements our Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice.
1. Our approach
- Strictly necessary storage is used without asking, because the site cannot remember your choice without it. It holds no personal data.
- Analytics and marketing cookies are used only after you accept them in the cookie banner. "Reject all" is shown with the same prominence as "Accept all", and nothing is pre-selected.
- Until you accept, Google, Microsoft and other third-party tags are not loaded at all (Google Consent Mode with every signal set to "denied").
- The Google map on our contact page loads only when you click it.
- You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and we delete our analytics cookies when you do.
- We ask again whenever this policy changes in a way that affects your choice.

Analytics and marketing tags are only present when we have configured them; the banner shows only the categories actually in use. Google and Microsoft are located abroad; the transfer is made only with your consent, in line with KVKK Article 9.
3. Links to other services
WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and university websites are separate services. When you follow a link to them, their own cookie and privacy policies apply.
4. Changing your choice
- Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page to open your preferences again, then accept, reject or choose per category.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage means the site asks for your choice on every visit.
